Are you passionate about supporting youth sports and community engagement? The Glen Allen Gliders invite you to become a sponsor for our summer swim team. By sponsoring the Gliders, you'll contribute to the success of our young athletes and also gain valuable exposure within our local community.
The Glen Allen Gliders are a summer swim team serving the Glen Allen Community Center for over 40 years. We usually have over 150 swimmers representing over 100 families at GACC, with a large number of alumni families still members of the pool as well. Our lane sponsorship program has the goal of raising additional funds to keep the registration costs as low as possible for the individual swimmers and fund t-shirts for all swimmers to build team identity and spirit, supplement our coaching staff, support our Glider scholarship fund and any needed equipment upgrades.
We currently have a single sponsorship level for 2026:
2026 Lane Sponsor ($500)
1. Lane banners on or near each swim lane for each home meet
2. Logo placement on the back of each swimmer’s free t-shirt
3. Announcement before or during each home swim meet by our announcer
4. Clear logo and link on our website
5. Publicizing our sponsors in weekly emails to the team
randomized each week
6. A banner posted at the pool with all of our sponsors logos hung
up for the entire summer season.
