I apologize to those that are receiving this message again, the system halted right in the middle!

Congratulation, at least one of your swimmers qualified for the JRAC Championship meet (Champs) next week!  The coaches are working on the entires for that meet, and while not every swimmer that qualifies can be selected, they are working to include as many swimmers as possible.

We do create Champs shirts for every year, and every swimmer that qualifies receives the shirt for free, regardless of whether they actual swim at Champs or not.  We are working on the design and adding every eligible swimmers name to the shirt now.  I am using the shirt size from the registration form to use for sizing for each swimmer.

We are allowing parents to purchase additional shirts if they would like one for themselves.  These shirts are $12 each.  However, because of the extremely tight timelines for the printer, we need to know immediately whether you would like to order one.  Unfortunately, we do not have any flexibility in this timing.  If you are interested in any additional shirts, please email me as soon as possible, but no later than Noon on Thursday, 7/20.  I cannot guarantee any shirts at this point, but will know this week if we can accommodate the extra shirts.  If we can add shirts, I will take your interest as an order and order one.
