    Champs From Coach Matt

    Good Morning!

    Hopefully, this will be the last email about Champs!  Please remember, all the emails I have sent can be found on the front page of our Gliders website. (Just in case you need to go back for reference!)

    We are schedules to warm up from 7:15-8:15 on Wednesday on morning. We will do the following for the warm up period:

    Juniors-Seniors: 7:!5 - 7:45

    Midgets: 7:45-8:00

    Mites: 8:00-8:15

    We strongly suggest that anyone swimming an IM or backstroke be present for the warm up. All others may choose to skip the warm up, arrive a little later and warm up in the second pool prior to their events. Anyone who has never been to the pool and would like to swim it before their first race should also attend the morning warm up.

    Please check the timeline linked below for event start times and plan to arrive 1 HOUR before your first event in order to have to time park, get settled and get a good warm up.

    Mites will be escorted to the warm up pool be either a coach or senior swimmer when it is time for their events.
