Welcome to the 2026 swim season! We will be in the pool soon! Our first practice will be May 18th. We are excited to start our season and welcome back Head Coach Addison, Coach Chloe and Coach Anna!

Leigh Anne Weinstein and Nicole Freundt will continue Swim Team Parent Coordinators. We are working hard on getting things ready for this summer's season.

Practice Schedule while school is in session

Pre-Season Practice is Monday - Thursday and begins May 18th.  Age group times are as follows: 

• Ages 8 and under - 4:30 - 5:00 pm 
• Ages 9-10 - 5:00 - 5:45 pm 
• Ages 11-12 - 5:45 - 6:30 pm 
• Ages 13 and older - 6:30 - 7:30 pm

No practice on Fridays while school is in session. No practice on Monday, May 25th - Memorial Day. 

*We acknowledge that this is a busy time of year with school still in session and many activities still happening. Please do your best to make it to practice when you can. Looking forward to seeing everyone. 

Open House and New Athlete Evaluations - Sunday, May 17

We will hold an Open House on Sunday, May 17th, from 2-4pm. Come by, grab a donut, try on sample-size suits if your swimmer needs a new suit, and find out more about the upcoming season!

All new swimmers under the age of 8 without prior swim team experience will need to participate. An in-water evaluation will determine whether your swimmer needs lessons, pre-team lessons, or to move directly to the team. If you're swimmer is new and 8 or under; or nervous in the water, please sign up for a slot below:

Most times are set at 6PM for the meet start, warmups and sign-in times will be communicated

• Monday June 8 - Glen Allen at Antioch
• Monday, June 15 - Hermitage at Glen Allen
• Monday, June 22 - Kanawa at Glen Allen
• Monday, June 29 - Glen Allen at Atlee
• Monday, July 6 - Glen Allen at Ginter Park
• Monday, July 13 - Antioch at Glen Allen

Championship Meet will be held on July 22nd.
