We’re thrilled to invite you to our spectacular final home meet of the season! Mark your calendars and get ready for an evening of excitement, camaraderie, and celebration. Here are all the essential details:

1.Meet Schedule:

• Setup: 4:00 PM
• Senior Picture: 5:10 PM – at the diving well
• Warm-ups: 5:15 - 5:30 PM
• Senior Recognition: 5:50 PM (Let’s cheer for our amazing graduates!)
• Meet Start: 6:00 PM

2.Meet Theme: Glamorous Gliders (Red Carpet Themed)

• Dress to impress! Think Hollywood glam, dazzling outfits, and red carpet vibes. 🌟

3.Volunteer Needs:

• We’re seeking one dedicated person to assist at the head table.
• Additionally, we’d love someone willing to learn and take on the role of Starter!

4.Community Outreach: Henrico Christmas Mother

• Attached, you’ll find a flyer with details about our community outreach initiative. For every item donated, you’ll put your name on a ticket and at the banquet next Friday, we’ll hold a drawing for several gift cards. You don’t have to be present to win!
• Items collected include new books, socks, hats & gloves, and toiletries such as toothpaste, individual toothbrushes, body wash, shampoo & shaving cream.
• Let’s make a difference together!

5.Senior Celebrations: Join us around the pool to honor our graduated seniors:

• 5:50 PM: Seniors Announced
• Half-Time: Senior Float Relay (an unforgettable moment!)
• Before Each Individual Event: Special senior recognition

6.Coach Gifts: With the end of the season coming, we want to thank our coaches this year for the hours they spent at practices and meets, as well as the countless hours behind the scenes taking care of things that we don’t even notice. We would like to put together a gift from all of the team as a Thank you! If you are willing, we are thankful for your help and you can donate to the gift by either giving it to Mark or Kristi or if it is easier, via Venmo at @Gacc_pool. Thank you!
