Our 2nd meet is home this week on Monday night versus Ridgetop at 6:00 PM.

Meet Theme: It's a Glider Life for Me - Pirate theme!

Time: Monday, June 10th - 6:00 pm start, with check in beginning at 4:45, warmups at 5:15 and a team meeting right after warmups.

Gliders helping the Community

We are collecting food for the Henrico Community Food Bank. Please bring in canned food, peanut butter, etc. to support our local food bank! We'll try to have bins out at check-in for your donations!

Setup

As usual, we have a quick turnaround from the pool closing so we need help setting up. Those helping can claim their spot on deck at 4:00. Those not helping can enter the pool starting at 4:30. Please help if at all possible.

Meet Entries

Meet entries are attached, however as usual, they may change. Please verify your swimmer’s events when you arrive for check-in.

Volunteers:

We need a few positions filled for this meet! A couple of the jobs are roles that someone could "own" going forward as we have a few parents retiring after this season. If you are already signed up for something for this meet, but interested in one of the other jobs (computer or starter), let me know and we can work it out!

• (1) 2nd half caller
• (2) computer operators - we are in desperate need of few people to help with loading results into the computer. Both of my usual computer people are out this week and are retiring after this year, so I'm looking for new people to train!
• (1) Someone to shadow our Starter - our Starter is here this meet, but won't be for our last home meet - He's also retiring after this year, so I'm looking for someone that may be willing to take over.

Practice Schedule:

Monday morning is our regular practice schedule.

Tuesday morning we have our regular fun practice and pancakes - all swimmers invited!!

Regular practice schedule Wednesday through Friday, with another Saturday morning S&T practice!
