We hope you're excited for the upcoming swim season! Here are some important updates and reminders. There are quite a few, so please read through the entire email.

Congrats to all of our senior swimmers, including Coaches Judson, Skylar, and Addison on their graduations this week!

1. **Welcome Sponsors!**

2. **Practice Schedule for This Week:**

- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

- 8 and Under: 4:30 - 5:00 pm

- 9-10 years old: 5:00 - 5:45 pm

- 11-12 years old: 5:45 - 6:30 pm

- 13 and older: 6:30 - 7:30 pm

- Saturday morning: S&T practice for all swimmers: 9-10 am

We move to our summer schedule next week!

3. **Water Country Interest Form:**

Tuesday, June 25th is our Water Country Day!

Please fill out the link below if you may be interested in purchasing a group rate ticket for $37. There is also an add-on option for a meal ticket but you can also plan to pack a lunch and coordinate outside the gates for lunch!

4. **Swim Team Fee Payment:**

If you haven't already paid your swim team fee, please do so via Member Splash or by check. Make checks payable to Glen Allen Gliders and give to Mark or Kristi.

5. **First Meet Attendance:**

If your swimmer will be missing the first meet, please email our coaches at [email protected] by Wednesday at Noon.

6. **Volunteer Opportunities:**

We still have some volunteer spots available for the first meet. Sign up for at least 4 shifts this season to support our team!

7. **Swim Caps:**

- New swimmers will receive swim caps at check-in for the meet on Monday.

- Returning swimmers needing a cap can purchase:

- Latex cap: $5

- Silicone cap: $10

8. **Swim Suit Fittings:**

We will have the fitting kit out tonight (Tuesday) at our practices and Saturday morning at S&T practice for swimmers to try on to see what size suit they need. If you order now, it likely won't make it for the first meet, but may get here in time for Meet 2!
