First of all, I hope everyone is having a great school year so far! I’m sure that nobody expected to hear from me in October, but I have a little bit of information that I felt would be useful for parents as they look forward to next summer.

Because most of the school systems are ending earlier, the league has made the decision to pull the season forward. Practice dates are still TBD, but the first swim meet of the summer will be on Monday, June 3.  Our last regular season meet will be July 8. Teams and locations are also TBD. Champs is tentatively scheduled for July 17. 

Some of the reasoning for the change is to give parents, coaches and swimmers a bit more time between the end of the season and school starting. 

More to come, but look for registration early in April ( date and time TBD)
