Yesterday's air quality index (AQI) in Richmond peaked at 179 around lunchtime. Today's AQI is forecasted to be lower and peak at 151. We plan on having practice today, however will modify it to be a less strenuous practice. 

Even though practice is being held, families should make their own assessment of whether their swimmer should participate or not. As usual, Glider practices are not required and we want families to make the best decision for their swimmers. We will continue to monitor the AQI and if we make any changes to our plan, we will communicate it out as quickly as possible.

Monday's Meet

Much more information is coming out soon about Monday's meet, including a food drive, meet theme, times, etc. but for now, if you know that you are not going to be at the meet on Monday, please let the coaches know as soon as possible.
