Our 4th meet is home this week on Tuesday night versus Kanawha at 6:30 pm.

Time: Tuesday, July 5th - 6:30 pm start, with check in beginning at 5:00, team meeting at 5:35 and warmups at 5:45. 

Set up

Like our last home meet, we will begin setting up at 4pm. Those that help can stake out a place on the deck early. For everyone else, the pool opens at 5:00. If you are there early, I greatly appreciate the help setting up. There is a lot to do to get the pool ready for a meet.

Meet Entries

Meet entries were sent out yesterday, however as usual, they may change. Please verify your swimmer’s events when you arrive for check-in.

Volunteers:

Because of the holiday and COVID, we still have some volunteer positions open for this meet. Please let us know if you are able to fill one of these spots!

• (1-2) 2nd half callers - helps organize the swimmers into their lanes - direction is provided!
• (1) 1st half timer
• (1) 2nd half timer
• (1) 2nd half concession worker
• (1) Grill master 
• (1) Verifier - needs to work the entire meet validating the results with the other team
• (1) Clerk of Course - I'm looking for someone that wans to learn clerk of course - we will provide some guidance, and our current clerk will help teach you as well

Practice Schedule:

Tuesday morning we have practice as usual.

Wednesday morning is our fun practice - pancakes and games! I could use some help with pancakes during the first part of the early practice. Practice starts at 9:15 for 10 and unders.
