Hi Glider Families!

We are so excited for our first meet tomorrow!  Here is some important information from your swim reps regarding our meet THIS Sunday! :-)  Meet entries are attached. There are some changes from the entries posted this morning, and there are likely more changes coming, but the attached should give you a good idea of what your swimmer is swimming.

1.  We are still looking for SEVERAL volunteers. We need you to help make this meet possible. Please volunteer if you are able! We need the following:

1 2nd half timer

1-2 parents willing to shadow our Glider Grill Head as he is retiring after this season (no longer has a swimmer)- job entails coordinating with Mark on food needs and helping manage the concession stand during the meet, if interested talk to Mark at the meet.

2. Setup - The pool is closing at 1pm for the swim meet, but no one is allowed on the deck until 1:30 to setup their personal space unless they are helping set up the meet. If you want to setup your tent early (and get a prime spot!) contact Mark first (reply to this email) and help us set up the meet starting at 12:30. I accept students that need volunteer hours as well!

3. The Glider Grill WILL be OPEN! We will be offering combo meals ONLY. The menu includes hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches with a side of a bag of chips or pickle, and a drink of your choice- water, soda, or gatorade. We take cash (prefer small bills!) and credit/debit card.

4. SEATING: Bring your tents/umbrellas/ and chairs. Our area is behind the pool towards the volleyball courts. Please don't setup between the pavilion and the front as that is reserved for the visiting team.

5. Warm-ups: 10 + under will start at 1:45p and 11+ up will start at 1:50p. Be sure to check in at the front desk when you arrive so we know if you are there.

6.  Registration Payment- If you have not paid for the season yet, please do so as soon as possible. If you need the payment link, let Mark know or you can pay via check at the practice or meet.
