A few last minutes updates about Meet 4 and some forward looking information about Champs and the Banquet.

Volunteers

A lot of you stepped up over the last few days and helped us fill in positions. We tried to respond to everyone, but am sure we missed some. If you emailed us, then chances are we put you in for that role. Please see Mark when you get to the meet tonight to confirm.

I could still use a few volunteers for the meet:

1. Water Delivery
2. 2nd half timer
3. 2nd half heat ribbon winner person

Parent Relay

I have slots for a couple of more parents in the relay this evening. Let me know ASAP so I can finalize each team.

Swim Caps

Our new swim caps have finally been delivered!! We will be handing the out before the meet tonight (and at some point in the future as well if you're not at the meet)

Skylar Schuetze will be at the clerk of course, under the large pavilion handing them out from 5:00 until 5:45 tonight. Everyone on the team gets a new cap, so please have your swimmer stop by. We have enough for everyone with very few extras, so we will be checking names off of a roster so we don't run out before everyone gets one, so be patient with her as she tries to hand them out orderly!!!

Banquet

More details to come, but we will be having banquet on Friday, July 23rd at 6:00 pm at the pool.

Champs

For those that have qualified, Coach Kelly will be sending out information later this week on details about Champs.

Sponsorship opportunity
