Our 2nd meet is Monday night at 6:30. Please plan on arriving between 6 and 6:15 to setup and get ready. Our theme is Stars and Stripes and this week we celebrate one of our senior swimmers.  This week's senior is Jake Doyle!

Final meet entries and heat sheets will be out tomorrow. Also during the half time of the meet, we will have an all ages relay! 

If possible, we'd love to have people set up tents and gather on the gravel lot to the right of the pool to make it easier for swimmers to get to the clerk of course and hear their events being called.

Volunteers: As usual, we need lots of help to pull off a successful meet. Signups are via sign-up genius. Please sign-up as soon as possible, so I don't get too stressed!

This week, we are adding strokes and turn judges and a referee, so if you have previous experience doing that role, or are USA Swimming certified, please consider signing up for one of those roles.

Shirts: We are providing a 2020 Glider t-shirt for every swimmer this year at no additional charge! If parents are interested in getting a shirt, the cost is going to be $12 per shirt. We are finalizing the order this week, so please let us know by Thursday at 5pm if adults want a shirt, including what size. We are using the size provided at sign-up for the swimmer's sizes. Checks and cash accepted for the adult shirts.

I've attached approximate designs for the shirt. Final design and shirt color is still TBD!

Glider Grill: Like last week, the glider grill will be open for at least the first half of the meet. Grab some food and treats for the family. Orders can be done online at glenallenpool.com or in person. Card payments only.

Practice Schedule: We have practices Monday through Friday at the usual morning times. Older swimmers can also come up from 7-8 pm for an evening practice, but need to sign up for the swim slot through Member Splash.
