Here is the sign-up for volunteers! Sign-up genius style:-) Descriptions of positions are below:-) 

Glider Swim Meet-June 29th

DESCRIPTIONS OF POSITIONS NEEDED:

Timers-1st and 2nd halves - one per lane - no experience needed, just click a stopwatch!

Head Timer-FULL MEET - Assigns timers to lanes and acts as a backup timer if a regular timer's watch fails.

Caller for Parents-(outside of pool)-1st and 2nd halves- will notify and "organize" families to enter pool deck for their swimmers heat.

Caller for Clerk of Course-(outside of pool)-1st and 2nd halves- will call for age groups for events

Parent Helpers-(Pool Deck)-1st and 2nd halves-help to direct parents of where to stand and help traffic flow

Mite Parent-Just first half-will help call for Mites *

2nd half volunteers will switch after Event 27-Boys 11-12 50 Back.
