Happy Independence Day!

Sorry for the delay in getting this message out.  A quick reminder that there are no practices today, and the next practice is Friday morning.  Friday afternoon practices have also been cancelled.  Our next meet is at home on Monday, and we need lots of volunteers still.  You can sign-up on the website under the Meet schedule.  I will be sending out a list of volunteer needs tomorrow.

We raced against a difficult team and were down 40 swimmers. Despite the odds, we got one of our highest point totals of the season!
