It's hard to believe that we are almost at meet 3!  The season is flying by.

See below for a message from Three Chopt about the meet on Monday.

We need a first and 2nd half timer for the meet on Monday.  let us know if you are able to help.

Meet Times:

Check-in by 5:30
Gliders warm-up is 6:00
Meet starts at 6:30

Just a quick reminder that there should be no alcohol at the swim meets.  Let's also make sure we support our swimmers and cheer everyone on!

Welcome Glen Allen Gliders! We are looking forward to hosting you at our pool on Monday, June 25, 2018. We are located at 2100 Skipwith Road.

We do have parking within our pool grounds, as well as up the street at the school and Church. Church parking is only in the front, as they need the back area for their meetings. Please feel free to park right on Skipwith Road, facing Parham Road. Please take caution crossing the street. A police officer will be there to assist if needed. If handicapped parking is needed please let us know how many spots to reserve.

When you enter our pool, please turn left and you will have the left side of the pool for seating, as well as our baby pool area. Warm-ups for your team will begin at 6pm.

Our Clerk of Course is located on the upper deck, at our diving boards. Please have your swimmer hang out around the step area and wait patiently as their name is called to be seated in their heat. Our results board is located next to our front desk and near the entrance to our snack bar and grill.

The grill will also be open, where $7 per plate gets you a choice of an entree, 2 sides, chips or cookies and a drink! In addition our snack bar will provide a host of yummy treats. A bake sale table, located by the bathrooms will sell bags of goodies for a $1.00. Also, Kona Ice will be on site for a yummy cool treat.

We also hold a 50/50 raffle...one of our parents will be walking around selling them. This could be your lucky night! It's $1/chance or $5 for 6 chances!

Also, if you have a birthday on your team or a special announcement, our announcer would love to let everyone know. He is located at the top of our slides. There will be a box next to the slides, simply write your message down and they will announce it.

Lastly, our pool weather policy states if thunder is heard or lightning seen, the pool must be vacated in a timely fashion. Families need to wait in their cars for at least a half hour from the last sound of thunder or last sight of lightning until notified that the meet will resume.
